Trimo showcases innovative solutions at leading international trade fair
Held in Munich with over 180,000 square metres of exhibition space, BAU presented a complete selection of state of the art technology, materials and systems for industry professionals to browse. A highlight at this year’s trade fair was Trimo’s Qbiss One; a world class-engineered, prefabricated metal modular wall system.
A design and technological breakthrough, Qbiss One offers a true alternative to conventional built-up wall systems. Manufactured using the latest automated technology, Qbiss One is distinguished by its patented rounded corner which eliminates the need to cut, weld or fold the panel.
In addition to showcasing its revolutionary Qbiss One, Trimo exhibited two more façade systems; Q-Air and Trimoterm. Q-Air is a unique single skin glass façade, noted for its high aesthetics; designed to meet the most demanding and complex architectural ideas. Available in either transparent or translucent options, Q-Air is uniquely composed as a three, five or six-chamber insulating sandwich glass system which provides high thermal performance and visual comfort.
Trimo’s final product on show was Trimoterm, a universal construction solution known for its strong fire resistance and high standard of thermal and sound insulation. Trimoterm panels are successfully used in the most demanding environments, such as in the energy production, food-processing and pharmaceutical sectors. According to BREEAM, the panels also hold the highest rating for sustainability.
BAU is the world’s leading trade fair for architecture, materials and systems. This year, 2120 exhibiters from 45 countries were in attendance to showcase their products and services to over 250,000 visitors. Trimo will next be exhibiting at the Surface Design Show from 7th-9th February at London’s Business Design Centre.
