With over 50 years’ experience in this field, Trimo is providing tailor-made solutions, starting from a conceptual design, planning and static calculations all the way through to the steel construction. All of this work is performed in-house by experts. They are using highly-engineered Design & Analyses software, specially developed for steel construction and in accordance with the prevailing world standards – European EN standards, Russian SNIP, American ASTM, German DIN, etc.

Primary construction assures stability of facility and is fast and simple to construct

The primary, basic construction is composed of load-bearing frames and stabilisation elements that assure the stability of a facility and transfers loads to reinforced concrete foundations. It is protected with a basic coating; and the final coating is painted in the production process or during installation.

Basic technical information

The primary steel structure is made in accordance with the standards governing the fabrication of steel structures SIST EN 1090-2 and SIST EN 1090-1. The quality of the fabricated steel structure is guaranteed with a CE Declaration of Performance.

The structure is sandblasted at a quality of SA 2.5 according to EN ISO 12 944/4 and EN ISO 8501-1 and protected with anti-corrosion systems in accordance with SIST EN ISO 12944-5. Its protection system is designed to meet the client's or project's requirements and takes into account the required corrosion protection category as well as the durability of the coating system. The steel structure can also be hot-dip galvanized in accordance with ISO 1461.

Installation is fast, simple and suitable for all types of facilities.

Secondary construction is fast and simple and suitable for all building types

The secondary construction either represents the roof or façade sub-construction on the previously prepared primary steel construction or concrete girders.

Composition

Thin-walled, rolled profiles composed of galvanised sheet metal are used for façades and roof sub-constructions.
