State-of-the-art Office Building Refurbishment in Oslo

The Office Building Wergelandsveien in Oslo, Norway was refurbished using premium Qbiss Air glass façade, which provided superior energy efficiency whilst also preserving the original architectural appearance that dates back to the 1960´s.


Norwegian client Höegh Eiendom selected the Qbiss Air glass façade as it is the best-performing solution for the refurbishment of the multi-story office building Wergelandsveien to achieve the highest environmental and architectural standards. The unitized glass curtain wall system Qbiss Air was installed in a very short time and with no interruption to the normal daily operation of the building. The total façade area amounts to 1,826m2, among which Qbiss Air transparent represents 1,045m2 and Qbiss Air opaque 781m2.
